Compensation and Benefits

Competitive Salary based on experience

  • A bi-weekly bonus is payable for any hours billed to our client in excess of 40 hours in a week. The bonus is your normal hourly rate multiplied by the number of hours billable over 40 hours.
  • Brookmeade offers ten (10) paid holidays, those being New Years Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, and three days around the Christmas holiday.
  • We also offer ten (10) days of paid vacation
    Fifteen (15) days of paid vacation after two (2-4) years of service
    Twenty (20) days of paid vacation after five (5) years of service.
    In addition, we offer five (5) days of sick/personal days for each year of service.
  • Additional Benefits include:
    • Direct deposit of wages and expenses payable bi-weekly
    • Flex Spending option
    • Life Insurance, Short Term & Long Term Disability, and Worker’s Compensation is offered at no additional cost to the employee
    • Employee Health & Dental coverage is offered to each employee and the company will pay 50% of the cost, subject to change.
