Compensation and Benefits

Competitive Salary based on experience

  • A bi-weekly bonus is payable for any hours billed to our client in excess of 40 hours in a week. The bonus is your normal hourly rate multiplied by the number of hours billable over 40 hours.
  • Brookmeade agrees to compensate you for ten (10) holidays, those being New Years Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, December 26th, 27th and 28th for the 2011 calendar year.
  • You are also entitled to ten (10) days of paid vacation
    Fifteen (15) days of paid vacation after two (2-4) years of service
    Twenty (20) days of paid vacation after five (5) years of service.
    In addition, you are also entitled to five (5) days of sick/personal days for each year of service.
  • Additional Benefits include:
    • Direct deposit of wages and expenses payable bi-weekly
    • Flex Spending option
    • Life Insurance and Dental Insurance is offered at no additional cost to the employee if the Health coverage is chosen
    • Employee Health coverage is offered to each employee and the company will pay 50% of the cost, subject to change.
    • A Company credit card for expenses if needed

    • A matching 401K program (up to 4%)
